Positive affirmations are a powerful way to develop a positive mindset.  They are a great tool to use in shifting your thoughts for your highest wellbeing.

Here are some examples of positive affirmations that were past along to me and I continue to use today.

Say three times in the morning:

I am grateful for the blessings that are already on their way.

Say three times in the evening:

I am grateful for the blessings of this day.

I say the following affirmations anytime throughout my day:

  • May I be happy
  • May I be peaceful and at ease
  • May I be well
  • May I be filled with lovingkindness

Positive affirmations are an excellent way to help you change your life and manifest what you desire.
